Please note: This is an office-based role.
Finance / Financial Services experience essential.

Executive Team Assistant - Purpose of Role
Reporting to the Head of Compliance & Corporate Investors to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities for the wider team.
To work closely with the Loan Management & Financial Analyst teams.
The daily priorities will be to assist the Head of Compliance & Corporate Investors with high level intensive tasks, ensuring all are completed efficiently & in a timely fashion.
You could be supporting multiple people, so it is important that you can juggle tasks and understand different working styles, as well as handling last minute requests.
Executive Team Assistant - Duties
Daily management of multiple email accounts
Preparing & drafting emails
Managing the diary & ensuring meetings are organised & rooms booked as required.
Proof-read legal documentation, ensuring compliance & highlighting any issues.
Organising the signing, scanning & posting of legal documentation
Maintaining monthly reports for internal & external stakeholders
Maintaining monthly payment schedules
Liaising with external business partners
Keeping up to date with Anti-Money Laundering legislation
Assisting with preparing quarterly reports
Assisting with performance management for the team
Preparing loan statements & weekly reports to ensure compliance.
Respond to requests for information on behalf of the Head of Compliance & Corporate Investors, providing draft responses for their approval.
Drafting replies to correspondence, collating information from other team members, and ensuring timely responses
Manage an accurate diary, scheduling and planning future engagements.
Act as key point of contact to the Head of Compliance & Corporate Investors & being a true gatekeeper.
In the absence of the Head of Compliance & Corporate Investors, take ownership and make decisions to delegate work to others where it is appropriate to do so
Ensure any issues are highlighted to the Head of Compliance & Corporate Investors in a timely manner, with any follow up actions undertaken promptly.
Preparation of presentations & reports as well as undertaking research and providing notes for meetings
To obtain a level of understanding of the organisation's strategic priorities
Flag and anticipate activities, conflicting priorities, and deadlines, as well as managing time allocation for workload delivery.
Assisting with new stakeholder projects
To organise and plan meetings for external stakeholders and client meetings.
Undertake any other ad hoc duties as required.

Experience working in Corporate Finance a bonus but not essential.
