We require 3 Customer Service Support Agents to cover a period of work that requires urgent resource.
This is for 2 months at an hourly rate of £14.45 per hour.
You will assist in carrying out eligibility, due diligence and financial capacity checks for Turing Scheme applicants as part of the application process. You will also assist Turing Grant Recipients in filing their reports, making claims for funding and assisting them in completing their application form. Due diligence checks will be a critical part of the role.
As a Customer Service User Support Agent within the Turing Service Team, you will work on the day-to-day operation of the support desks within the team, carrying out user queries are promptly and effectively responded to, keeping user needs at the heart of the team?s work. You will provide a professional and efficient service which meets the needs of our customers and delivers against service standards.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, who put user needs at the centre of our work. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, working alongside other specialists within the team.
You will have excellent decision making, verbal and written communication skills and will be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders at all levels.? You will also excel at working independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in using Microsoft applications particularly Word and Excel and also analysing different data sources.
