A nationwide contemporary hotel brand located in Hull's city centre. Boasting over 150 rooms with multiple event and conference spaces, they are looking for an seasoned executive head chef to overlook the kitchen operation in their stunning venue.

Your Mission?
- Manage and review profitability of all aspects of the kitchen.
- Controlling food purchasing and stock management with the rest of the senior kitchen team.
- Development and implementation of new menus.
- Lead, Supervise and organise training for kitchen brigade always encouraging development and growth.
- Ensuring compliance with all food safety, health and safety legislation and all internal requirements.
