Executive Head Chef - Innovative Farm-to-Table Concept

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for an Executive Head Chef to lead a flagship, innovation-led dining concept in Central London.

This is not a traditional head chef role. You will take full ownership of a modern, experience-driven restaurant built around hyper-seasonal produce, sustainability, and ingredient-led cooking.

The site combines:

* A unique farm-to-fork approach

* A strong focus on seasonality and provenance

* Premium casual dining with immersive guest experiences

This is a rare opportunity to lead a kitchen where menus are shaped by what’s harvested and in season, rather than fixed cycles.

The Role

As Executive Head Chef, you will:

* Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency

* Develop and deliver seasonal, ingredient-led menus

* Work closely with internal teams to maximise use of fresh, on-site produce

* Drive a sustainable, low-waste approach across the kitchen

* Oversee service, events, and experiential dining formats (including Chef’s Table/private dining)

* Recruit, train and develop a high-performing brigade

* Manage costs, labour and suppliers to deliver strong commercial performance

* Act as a key ambassador for the concept, engaging with guests and stakeholders

About You

We are looking for a forward-thinking Head or Executive Chef with a passion for modern British cooking, sustainability, and innovation.

You will ideally have:

* Experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef in a quality-led restaurant, hotel or premium catering environment

* A strong background in seasonal, produce-led cooking

* Proven ability to develop and evolve menus creatively

* Experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-quality kitchens

* Strong commercial awareness (GP, labour, supplier management)

* A genuine interest in sustainability, provenance and low-waste cooking

* Confidence working in a guest-facing, experience-led environment
