⏰ Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Our client is seeking an Executive Business Support Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives.

As the Executive Business Support Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects aligned with the CEO's priorities and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Provide oversight and transparency to a range of projects aligned with the Executive Office and CEO's strategic objectives.
Lead specific project areas to implement the CEO's strategic priorities.
Ensure project deliverables are closely linked to the organisation's strategic objectives.
Monitor and facilitate progress of programmes and projects against agreed upon KPIs.
Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication channels.
Work closely with the Chief of Staff to prioritise work for the overall office, CEO, Chair, and Directors within corporate governance cycles.

What you'll bring to the role:

The ability to persuade and motivate senior managers, stakeholders, and the board on the importance of initiatives and projects.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Experience in maintaining key engagements and managing expectations.
Proficiency in generating accurate management information through data collation.
Strong project management skills to ensure on-time and coherent delivery against the CEO's priorities.
