Duration: 12 months, potential for extension

Location: London/Hybrid (twice per week in the office)

Salary: £53589 per annum

Are you ready to step into an exciting role that supports innovative leaders in the financial services sector? Our client, a prominent financial institution and insurance provider, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team.

As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Data, Intelligence and Technology Officer (CDITO), you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across the organisation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CDITO and the Leadership Team.
Maintain and manage the CDITO's calendar, coordinating meetings and events with precision.
Prepare presentations, documentation, and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
Ensure the timely flow of information and analysis, both internally and externally.
Act as a formal secretariat for key projects and meetings, ensuring all actions are tracked and followed up.
Process travel, expense, and timesheet transactions for multiple departments efficiently.
Undertake ad hoc projects and collaborate with the Executive PA support team as needed.What You Bring:

Extensive experience providing executive administrative services to senior executives.
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in executive diary management, office management, and event coordination.
A proactive approach to problem-solving, with strong decision-making capabilities.
