12 Month Fixed Term Contract / Hybrid / Full time

My client is looking for a proactive, highly organised and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, who can easily build collaborative relationships.

The role will see the successful applicant providing a professional and comprehensive administration service to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), as well as supporting non-executive Directors of the Board. There will be a high degree of integrity required to manage confidential and sensitive information.

You will report directly to the CEO, manage two direct reports, and will also be required to provide administrative support on companywide projects. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-moving environment, juggling multiple tasks.

About you:

* Proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively, using your own initiative.

* Strong skills in organisation, time management and attention to detail.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional manner, calm and confident with a can-do attitude.

* Previous line management experience.
