A fast growing family-owned Midlands manufacturer is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their expanding team. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial and valued role in supporting the Directors and senior leadership team while overseeing the clerical team and office operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as the primary point of contact for the Directors.
Representing the Company and Directors at meetings and networking events.
Managing email correspondence and diaries.
Organising business travel arrangements.
Project management.
Supervising the administrative team.
Coordinating events.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership, proficiency in MS Office, exceptional organisational skills, and a professional demeanor.
