Executive Assistant within Law firm - 12 month FTC

Location: Canary Wharf

Salary: £55,000 per annum - £68,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits

Working Pattern: 3 days in the office / 2 day WFH (maybe 2 days depending on business needs)

Overview:

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant to join a prestigious international legal services firm on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

Based in impressive offices in Canary Wharf, you'll provide high-level support primarily 1:1 with senior Partner and a small group of senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a varied role that requires exceptional organisation, discretion and the ability to anticipate needs while building strong relationships across the business.

As Executive Assistant, you will provide seamless, proactive support to senior leaders, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities while maintaining the highest levels of service and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include:

Complex diary and inbox management across multiple stakeholders and time zones

Coordinating domestic and international travel, itineraries and logistics

Organising meetings, preparing agendas and ensuring effective follow-up of actions

Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Supporting client and business-related activities, events and relationship management

Preparing presentations, reports and meeting documentation

Managing expenses, invoices and general administrative processes

Handling highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

About You You will be an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

You will ideally have:

Previous Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives, partners or directors, within a professional/legal environment; MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills

Strong diary, inbox and travel management experience

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously

High levels of discretion and professionalism

Strong Microsoft Office skills, with confidence using modern digital tools

What's on offer:

Up to £65,000 salary

12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent

Hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office, with some flexibility for 2 days)
