As the EA to the VP of Finance you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of their remit. This role assists on wider projects and gives you the opportunity for global exposure. Your primary responsibilities will include providing high-level administrative and operational support, managing complex calendars across different time zones, and facilitating global travel arrangements.

JOB TITLE: EA to the VP of Finance
CONTRACT: Temp to Permanent
LOCATION: Central London - Closest Tube, Holborn Station
START DATE: ASAP, candidates must be immediately available! Ideal start date Monday 1st July
SALARY: £200 p/d
???? Your Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate global multi-point travel, including creating itineraries, arranging visas, and scheduling transfers.
Manage executive calendars and ensure appointments and meetings are scheduled efficiently
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct research and provide support for various projects and initiatives
Manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Meeting and greeting all clients before a meeting take place
Printing important documents
Build strong working relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Support and contribute to the company culture and values.
Identify and propose process improvements to enhance productivity.
Facilitate board meetings, including material creation and minute taking.
Handle confidential communications and data reports with utmost professionalism.
Any upcoming tasks when necessary???? Qualifications and Skills:
Executive Assistant experience supporting senior level staff
Extensive diary and scheduling experience across multiple time zones necessary!
