Here at Stonewater, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to our Chief Officer of Safety, Assets & Sustainability.

Within this role, you will provide a proactive and strategic approach to managing the Chief Officer’s commitments in a fast-paced environment and you will thrive on owning and managing multiple tasks/projects at any one time. Tasks include time, diary and travel management, meeting organisation, project coordination and managing incoming and outgoing communications. You will provide an organised and diligent approach to providing information flows, presentations, reports, as well as providing high quality support to relevant Panel, customer, partner and stakeholder meetings.

You will need to be able to work autonomously and have exceptional communication skills to interact with colleagues (at all levels), customers and stakeholders. Confidential information will need to be handled with discretion.

The Executive Assistant will also research, prepare and present material and information relevant to the Chief Officer’s work programme and draft written communications to colleagues, customers and stakeholders in response to contact on specific sensitive matters.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, providing support at Executive level or above for 5+ years (ideally within a similar sector, Registered Provider or in a Repairs and Maintenance setting).

* Ideally hold a relevant qualification such as a degree or equivalent in Business Administration.

* Be able to work pro-actively at pace and under pressure to meet objectives and targets.

* Comfortable managing a range of conflicting demands and deadlines.

* Have strong organisational skills including the ability to plan and priortise own work and manage tasks and projects.

* Able to prepare for meetings, take minutes and circulate records of meetings.

* Have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

* Have the ability to develop, proof read and edit reports and documents.

* Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Teams.

* Be highly methodical with a keen eye for detail.

* Be able to build credible relationships, influence and advise stakeholders and communicate well at all levels.

* Understand, and be committed to, confidentiality.

* Be flexible and able to travel nationwide to meetings, as required.

* Be flexible and willing to align work patterns with the needs of the Chief Officer, including working offsite.

Appointment to this role will be subject to satisfactory references and possession of a valid Right to Work document.
