We seek a fantastic EA for a Mat cover in a fast-paced PE firm in Mayfair! (The position will be for 6 - 12 months.) The firm is a highly regarded boutique PE firm with an amazing PA team to work alongside.
The role is supporting 2 x MDs and arranging Investor Relations events, so it is a very varied position!
Duties will include EA support including managing and organising hectic schedules and calendars, booking extensive global travel, organising investor meetings and preparing IR documents when needed. Expenses and high-level admin support.
Investor Relations events organisation - booking venues, sending invites, tracking invitees, follow-up communication, booking catering, and managing the process from start to finish.
This role requires a fast thinker who plans, is incredibly organised, has excellent communication skills, and can make things happen! Can think of a plan B and has a positive, professional and friendly manner.
This role requires EA experience in a similar role within a financial services/ Investment firm.
You can juggle multiple duties simultaneously, keep calm under pressure, and be organised. This is an ever-changing role, so you will be able to make last-minute changes
