Interim EXecutive Assistant

£200 - £250 per day

SF Recruitment is looking for an experienced Executive PA on a temporary basis to support a senior Director in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role will require occasional travel to other sites around Leicestershire.
Key Responsibilities:
Organising and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
Minute taking and coordinating follow-up actions
Electronic diary management
Preparation of Board documents and presentations
Email and phone coverage
Coordinating complex travel arrangements and hotel accommodations
General and complex administration duties
Requirements:
As the Executive PA, you will need to have a wealth of PA experience in a similar environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Exceptional experience with all Microsoft packages
The ability to work to strict deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
