Description
The role of the executive assistant will include:
Coordinate and manage the administrative tasks of the department
Plan and organise meetings, events and travel arrangements
Provide full secretarial support to the team, including document and report preparation
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Manage communication between the department and internal or external clients
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Maintain contact lists and organise correspondenceProfile
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
An educational background in Business Administration or a related field
Proven experience in a similar executive assistant position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
Previous experience in the sports & hospitality sector
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of office management systems and procedures
