This business is a prominent media and digital content creation company. As leaders in their industry, they focus on combining media, data, platform, and brand services to allow their clients the ability to continuously reinvent themselves throughout increasingly rapid cycles of disruption.
A new position has arisen within the business for an EA to join the London team in supporting the General Counsel and a member of their C-Suite team.

Your new role

In this role, the Executive Assistant will be supporting the COO, who has recently joined the business, and the General Counsel - both great to support!
This position allows one to make this role their own while working alongside a group of passionate industry professionals.
As this is a newly created position, the full scope of the role is still to be explored. However, the duties will include the following:

Conducting diligent diary management
Inbox management
Booking meetings and pulling agendas together
Board level administration
Document preparation
Preparation of presentations and board packs
Ad hoc projects when needed
Organise off-site or group meetings

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience supporting C-Suite or General Counsel within a fast-paced environment is a necessity.
Due to the nature of the role, confidentiality and discretion are key elements required.
