Summary:

A key remote support role for a team of four executives in the EMEA Gaming Retail Sales team. Facilitating efficient operations through calendar management, communication coordination, and administrative tasks. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the executive team, managing calendars, and inboxes.
Maintain key sales, marketing, and company processes that support the executive team.
Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements, including hotel and flight bookings.
Coordinate expense reports and handle day-to-day operational tasks.
Support the EMEA Business Manager to perform ad hoc tasks that meet project and initiative requirements.
Anticipate needs, research, and present relevant information to support the executive team’s decision-making process.
Ensure efficient management of internal communications with broader EMEA Gaming Business.
