Executive Assistant

London

12 Month contract

£28 per hour PAYE

Join our client, a leading global financial institution, as an Executive Assistant and be part of their dynamic EMEA Regional Information Security Office team. This role is based at their London office full time with some possible remote working, Monday to Friday 9-5(some flexibility required).

Role Overview:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support multiple Executives and the International RISO in the region. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for diverse, advanced, and confidential administrative duties. You will anticipate the needs of the executives, manage calendars, and ensure they are prepared and on time for various meetings and activities. With the ability to handle different objectives and tasks simultaneously, you will play a crucial role in providing all-round support to the team.

Key Role and Daily Tasks

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including phone coverage and calendar management.
Make arrangements for business travel, including visa processing and scheduling meetings.
Communicate and interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation.
Serve as a resource for company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the Business Operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
Provide logistical support for employee engagement activities in the region.

Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of providing administrative support at the senior management level.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Outlook and MS Office programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with travel and expense processing systems (e.g., Concur).
Exemplary work ethic with a proactive and can-do approach.
Quick learner with the ability to take on new responsibilities.
Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to take ownership.
