Description:

Merrifield Consultants are delighted to be partnering with an International Membership Organisation to recruit an experienced and highly organised Executive Administrator.

We are seeking a dedicated Executive Administrator to support the Senior Executive Assistant and the Executive Director of the International Membership Organisation. This role involves managing the Intern Programme and assisting with various departmental projects to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Title: Executive Administrator
Salary: £30,000 pro rata
Contract: Permanent, part-time (3 days per week)
Location: Central London

Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the Executive Director and Senior Executive Assistant.
Manage the Intern Programme, including application processing, coordinating interviews, and handling intern communications.
Administer the Fellowship programme, including managing applications and facilitating mentorship calls.
Oversee the creation and distribution of the Annual Report, liaising with various departments and the production team.
Assist with projects from other departments as needed.Person Specifications:

Minimum 3 years of secretarial work experience.
Experience in an international environment, dealing with high-level executives, and event organising.
Minute taking, advanced Word skills, budgeting, travel and hotel liaison, excellent command of the English language.
Ability to juggle priorities, excellent interpersonal skills, sensitivity to cultural norms, ability to remain calm under pressure, proactive workload management.
