This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school community and is paid according to the Outer London pay scale.

Safeguarding: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in every interaction.
Professional Conduct: Work professionally with all adults, following the code of conduct at all times.
Teacher Standards: Consistently demonstrate and meet all Teacher Standards in line with trust expectations.
Partnerships: Work proactively and effectively with parents/carers, governors, staff, and external agencies in the best interests of children.
Support Vision and Values: Uphold and promote the school's vision and values.Teaching, Learning, Assessment:

Deliver a sequential, progressive, and inspiring curriculum as per the teaching and learning handbook.
Plan, teach, assess, and adapt lessons, building on prior knowledge.
Commit to both formative and summative assessment procedures, meeting deadlines.
Model the highest standards of spoken and written English, including cursive handwriting.
Promote reading for pleasure and ensure effective feedback for every area of learning.
Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge using evidence-based approaches.
Prepare for and deliver statutory assessments.Behaviour, Safety, Attitudes, and Personal Development:

Be a positive role model, demonstrating positive attitudes.
Follow the school's policies for behavior, care, control, and safeguarding.
Create a safe learning environment that inspires, excites, and stimulates.

Comply with responsibilities linked to supervision, registration, safeguarding, and transition times.

QTS and experience in primary teaching
