???? Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with faculty and staff to coordinate the administration of exams.
Ensure all examination materials are prepared and distributed accurately and on time.
Accurately record and maintain student records related to exams.
Provide support in managing exam timetables and scheduling.
Liaise with external examination bodies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in the coordination of invigilators and oversee the examination process.
Contribute to the evaluation and improvement of exam procedures.???? Qualifications and Skills:
Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in a similar role within the education industry is desirable.
