WeDoData are working with a reputable, high performing secondary school in Bath who are looking to appoint an Exams & Admissions Officer.

This position can be offered term time only (TTO) with the possibility of all year round, depending on the preference and suitability of the successful applicant. This is a full-time role, offering 37 working hours per week.
Role responsibilities will include:
* Managing multiple databases
* Keeping track of data for internal and external reports
* Reports for assessment and analysis
* Completing all the administration for internal and external publications
* Planning for internal and external Examinations including entries/registers/seating plans
* Recruit, train and populate invigilators’ timetables
* Management of a team of invigilators
Successful candidates should have:
* Experience in School Management Information Systems (e.g. SIMS, Bromcom, Arbor)
* Experience with Timetabling systems (e.g. Nova-T6, TimeTabler)
* Excellent IT and administrative skills
* Exceptional communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
