Description:
Exam Invigilators are needed for a very welcoming and well managed school in Hexham, Northumberland. The school has a strong and supportive management team. This post is to monitor pupils during exams ensuring they all have the appropriate equipment before they start and ensure exam conditions are met. This is a flexible role which can fit around other commitments and we can happily accommodate job shares/part time workers. This role could be ideal for a graduate or retired teacher or ex forces personnel.
Training will be provided and due to the short notice period, an enhanced DBS which is registered with the online update service will be required.
The ideal candidate would have;
* Previous experience with exam invigilation
* An understanding of expected exam conditions
* Willingness to work with examination officers
Although these are preferred criteria, we will happily consider candidates who do not have any experience but are willing to learn via our short, free online training course.
In addition, you must:
• Provide two referees we can contact
• Have a DBS form or be prepared to obtain one
