Description:
Draig recruitment are hiring exam invigilators to work part-time in Secondary schools across Flintshire. Applicants should have previous experience working in a school and ideally trained in exam invigilation and / or scribing. Full exam invigilation training can be provided.
Hours are part time, paid a min of half of a day rate. Pay is £12 per hour. Exams can run between the months of January, February, May, June, and December.
To be considered for this role you will need to:
* Support the exams team
* Prepare the exam room
* Report any incidents
* Follow school exam policy, students sat in correct seats, removal of mobile phones
* Ensuring the exams run in a timely manner
* Supervising students throughout their exams
* Collecting exam papers and tidy up the room after the exam is finished
* Scribe experience would be an advantage to support children with additional learning needs
Additional requirements:
* Eligibility to work in the UK
* References confirming suitability for role
* Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willing to apply
* Safeguarding training or willing to take a free course with us
