Events Supervisor
Location: Worcester, UK
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Events Supervisor to join their team at a prestigious hotel in Worcester. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth running of events.
The Role:
* Oversee the setup and execution of conferences, banquets, weddings, and other events.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
* Manage event timelines and ensure all aspects run according to plan.
* Handle any guest inquiries or issues during events.
* Train and supervise junior staff members.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in conference and events operations
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to events.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
