Due to the on-going success, they are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Events Production Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-end events, ensuring flawless execution from conception to completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives and translate them into memorable event experiences.
Manage all aspects of event production, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
Oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of event spaces, ensuring all technical and logistical requirements are met.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the event planning process.
Implement health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of all event participants.
Provide on-site leadership and direction to event staff, including volunteers, contractors, and temporary workers.
Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in event management, with a track record of successfully planning and executing high-end events.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering flawless event experiences and exceeding client expectations.
Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event management.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.
Proficiency in event management software and tools is desirable.
