Events Manager - Immediate Start
Hourly Rate: £19.95
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary, immediate start
Location: Central London (Site Based)
We are looking for an experienced Temporary Events Manager to provide immediate temporary support within a prestigious corporate environment based in London. There is also potential that this could lead to a permanent position but that can not be guaranteed.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced events professional who is available immediately and confident managing the end-to-end delivery of corporate events, meetings and hospitality requirements within a busy, client-facing environment.
The Role
As Events Manager, you will take ownership of the planning, coordination and successful delivery of events, ensuring an exceptional experience for clients, guests and stakeholders.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing corporate events from initial planning through to delivery
Coordinating event spaces, room layouts and meeting requirements
Liaising with clients and key internal stakeholders
Working closely with Front of House, Facilities, Catering, Security and AV teams
Coordinating catering, refreshments and hospitality requirements
Overseeing event set-up and ensuring spaces are presented to an exceptional standard
Managing multiple bookings and responding quickly to last-minute changes
Ensuring a consistently professional and high-quality guest experience
Supporting post-event reviews and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery
What We're Looking For
Strong previous events management experience is essential
A current DBS check is mandatory
Experience within corporate events, hospitality, workplace or facilities environments would be highly advantageous
Excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills
Confident, professional and highly customer-focused
Able to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously
Strong attention to detail
Available to start as soon as possible
