We are looking for an Permanant Events Floor Manager on behalf of our Client in Bedfordshire!
Requirements
* The Successful candidate will have 1 year + experience in Event Management
* Able to deal with tight deadlines and be comfortable in a busy environment.
* Be able to manage and direct a team successfully.
* Be comfortable dealing with important clients and their requests.
* Be able to liaise confidently between departments.

What you'll be doing
* Arranging events requested in advance or short notice by guests or private parties.
* Leading a small/large team of staff to help you arrange and run your events.
* Dealing with important and high priority clients and their requests.
* Creating strong relationships with your staff and vendors to ensure a smooth running of service.
More information
* 40 hour working week, please not you may sometimes be required to work over this.
* Must be flexible and be available to work evenings and weekends.
* 7-month period with the possibility of extending.
* Driving is required to access this location.
