Overview:
A large non for profit organisation are seeking an Event Executive to coordinate all of the events logistics and ensure the event runs as smoothly as possible.
This is an excellent opportunity to excel your Events experience career with a globally recognised organisation
Role & Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients and suppliers regularly
Working in shift patterns, morning and afternoon
Invoicing clients for events and any additional supplies
Showing clients around venue
Managing bookings on database
Attend events to ensure smooth running
Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous Event coordinating experience
Good networking skills
Experience using an event management booking system
Excellent organisation skills
Great IT skills
Hard-working and ambitious
A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
