Description
The Events Executive will have the following responsibilities:
Organise, manage and deliver a range of corporate events, conferences, exhibitions and webinars in partnership with the events Manager
Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning
Create and distribute event listings and promotional materials
Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events
Coordinate with the wider team to create effective event marketing strategies
Manage event budgets efficiently in partnership with the Manager
Handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes.Profile
A successful Events Executive should have:
A degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business or a related field would b desirable
Proven experience in managing and attending events
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suit
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Job Offer
The Events Executive will receive:
A competitive salary c.£35,000 per annum
