Description:

We are looking for a strong communicator, a creative team player with attention to detail, experience in supporting a team and a naturally committed to providing exceptional stewardship. We welcome applicants with experience and/or exposure within these areas as well as those with relevant transferable skills. Location: Leatherhead, Surrey /with flexible working

Hours: 37.5 (full time)

Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 depending on experience

The role:

Main Accountabilities:

* To provide efficient administrative support to the team, particularly in monitoring shared Inboxes, raising invoices, managing mailings, stock taking, reconciliation and maintaining our database and webpages as well as dealing with suppliers.

* Excellent time management, ensuring workload is prioritized and processes are followed

* To manage the design of the team’s promotional materials (leaflets, posters, e-newsletters etc) using your experience of design, marketing tools and content management tools (Canva, Mailchimp, Word Press)

* Manage initial enquiries from fundraisers and donors and take responsibility for our thinking, look after our supporter care journey and ensure that QEF provides an exceptional experience for our supporter

* Through excellent relationship management, you’ll inspire our supporters to see through their fundraising plan and help to achieve the team’s targets

* To undertake talks in the community on an ad hoc basis (training will be given)

* To manage a small portfolio of community initiatives and events

Experience:

Successful candidate is likely to demonstrate the following:

* Knowledge and experience of fundraising or sponsorship

* Analytical, numerate and able to handle and interpret data

* Experience in organising events

* Excellent research skills

* Ability to work on several projects at the same time

* Experience in design, marketing tools, and content management tools (Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress)
