An established consultancy with a very impressive and niche client base is looking for an Events Assistant to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to start your events career and develop further! 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

This role is perfect for someone who wants to be hands on with events whilst being supported with a team. 

Coordinating weekly roundtables with members. 
Supporting with the registrations for larger annual events 
Compiling event materials and organising the right marketing material for the right event. 
Liaising with senior stakeholders through the events 
WHO YOU ARE

This role will require someone who is flexible, can think on the spot, and can multitask. If you enjoy working with a variety of people, this is the role for you!

1 years of experience of admin experience
Exposure to events 
Able to communicate effectively
Able to anticipate all possible outcomes and prepare for each
Comfortable managing relationships with clients and stakeholders
