From the London Marathon and Comic-Con to Formula E, major football fixtures, concerts, planned engineering works and Bus Replacement Services, no two shifts are the same. While these events bring thousands of people into the capital, your role is to lead teams on the transport network, helping passengers travel safely and ensuring services continue to run smoothly.
We're looking for motivated, proactive and experienced leaders to join our team as Event Team Leaders. If you have strong leadership skills, enjoy motivating people and thrive in busy, fast-paced environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Previous experience in events, hospitality or retail is essential. Applicants must have previous supervisory or team leader experience and be able to clearly demonstrate experience of leading, supervising and motivating a team in a busy, customer-facing environment.
This is an essential requirement for the role. Applications from candidates without supervisory experience will not be considered.

Problem Solving & Decision Making – Respond confidently to operational challenges and make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment.
Liaise with Management – Maintain clear communication with clients and management, providing operational feedback and post-shift reports.
Maintain Professional Standards – Lead by example through excellent punctuality, professionalism and reliability.

✔ Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
✔ Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
✔ Physically fit – able to work on your feet for long periods and outdoors in all weather conditions.
✔ Reliable, punctual and professional.
✔ Methodical with excellent attention to detail.
✔ Based in East London.

If you're an experienced leader who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, leading people and making a real difference behind the scenes at some of London's biggest occasions, we'd love to hear from you
