Job Summary:
Swanstaff Ltd are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our client as an Event Staff/Labourer. This role involves a variety of tasks including litter picking, toilet attending, parking attending, and general maintenance at various events. When not at events, you will be based in Sittingbourne ME10, performing general site maintenance and industrial cleaning duties. The ideal candidate must hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Event Duties:
* Litter Picking: Ensure event grounds are kept clean by collecting and disposing of litter.
* Toilet Attending: Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of toilet facilities, restocking supplies as necessary.
* Parking Attending: Direct event attendees to appropriate parking areas, ensuring safe and efficient use of parking space.
* General Maintenance: Assist with the setup, maintenance, and teardown of event facilities and equipment.
Non-Event Duties (Based in Sittingbourne ME10):
* General Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairs, painting, and landscaping to keep the site in excellent condition.
* Industrial Cleaning: Conduct deep cleaning of industrial areas, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
* Proven experience in a similar role preferred.
* Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
* Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by event schedules.
Desirable Skills:
* Previous experience in event management or labourer roles.
* Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
