Job Purpose:
As an Event Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role within our client's Operations Team, ensuring the seamless operational running of our Creative Production Group. Your focus will be on implementing best practices and procedures to support our Creative and Production Teams across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Workflow Management:

* Support the CPG teams in managing workflow effectively and diplomatically.

* Assist in coordinating briefs related to PPT, Creative, and Video projects.

* Manage daily resourcing and capacity of the Creative and Film teams.

* Assist in contracting and managing freelance resources, including invoice processing.

* Client Management and New Business:

* Aid in preparing RFPs and proposals for client teams.

* Support client pitches/presentations and attend meetings as required.

* Production Operational Delivery Management:

* Collaborate with content producers to develop accurate briefs.

* Work with senior management to enhance operational policies and procedures.

* Review team meetings for best practices implementation.

* Assist in training teams on operational processes

* General:

* Manage resource allocation

* Coordinate team holidays and timesheet activities.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective project delivery.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

* Proven experience in operations support or project management.

* Strong organizational and communication skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
