Reed Marketing & Creative are currently working with a highly respected professional services organisation that is seeking an experienced Events Manager to join its established marketing and business development team.

Please not the role is a 6 month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and deliver a varied portfolio of internal and external events, ensuring each event meets agreed objectives, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage the full event lifecycle, from initial briefing and planning through to delivery, evaluation, and post-event reporting.
Lead event logistics including venue sourcing, supplier management, delegate communications, catering, production requirements, and event schedules.
Support the delivery of strategic marketing and business development initiatives through carefully planned event activity.
Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to maximise audience engagement and ensure accurate event communications and reporting.
Create meaningful post-event analysis, measuring attendee engagement, event effectiveness, return on investment, and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with communications, marketing, and business development colleagues to maximise promotional opportunities before, during, and after events.
Monitor event expenditure and manage budgets effectively, ensuring resources are utilised efficiently.
Support regional event initiatives and business development activity, ensuring programmes remain aligned with wider organisational goals.The successful candidate will:

Have significant experience managing events within a professional services, corporate, or business-to-business environment.
Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering successful in-person, virtual, and hybrid events from start to finish.
Possess strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to build relationships at all levels of an organisation.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Have experience working with CRM systems and event management platforms.
Have experience supporting webinar or virtual event delivery.
Previous experience within legal, financial, consultancy, or other professional services sectors would be advantageous.In return you will receive:
