A leading premium automotive business and leading to move towards electric autonomous vehicles.

The Drive Experience team is part of the JLR Global Brand Experience Team, that sits within the Communications and Insights Organisation. They deliver a wide range of internal and external drive events across the World. This is a role that will require some overseas travel, and occasional weekend work.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Creating, Organising & Delivering a wide range of internal and external drive events.
Budget management and Financal Management.
External Supplier Management / Liasion
Supporting JLRE Brand Experience Global Operations with Instructor and Engineer Training.
Maintaning policies and procedures – Legal / Compliance.
Support JLR Brand Experience Fleet Operations with equipment movements and inspections.
Occasional support to JLR Brand Experience venue operations.
Supporting / Liasing with Product Engineering.
 WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Technical & Mechanical understanding of modern vehicles and their systems.
Proven Event management skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Strong communication both written & verbal and IT skills – including competent Excel Skills.
Able to ensure a “Customer First” mindset.
Have a proven ability to build and manage teams.
Ability to travel overseas for extended periods.
Existing JLR Brand Experience Instructor qualification or equivalent.
Excellent project management skills.Ability to work to a deadline and calm under pressure.
Ability lead by example, proactive.
Encourage collaboration and peer learning. 

The role will be suitable for someone who has experience delivering drive activities and is an established event project manager in the automotive industry. You will need to be an effective communicator, confident with leading a wide stakeholder group, and be capable of guiding them through project stages to reach the best outcomes. You will need to be able to prioritise tasks, be adaptable to change and use initiative to overcome challenges.

Interviews will take place w/c April 22nd onwards.
