Events Coordinator - OTE £32-36k
As Events Coordinator, your focus will be on the delivery of our leisure events and from time to time you will be expected to assist in larger family celebrations, three day weddings and corporate functions, where you will be expected to help offer flawless execution with exceptional service to our guests. Working as part of a collection of 28 cottages, farmhouses, barns and manors scattered over many thousands of acres comprising of woodlands, lakes and rolling pastures. The reserve itself is a 30 year conservation and English nature restoration project which has incorporated the restoration of these properties by local artisans with each having its own unique character.
What is Expected
You will need to be energetic and enthusiastic, be prepared to have a learning capacity similar to a sponge, excellent administration efficiencies, love people, and be a determined individual who wishes to succeed in their chosen career - above all you will need endurance to work here .....
Ideally you will live within a 40 minute drive of Wilderness Reserve (IP17 2LY) however if not accommodation can be provided. You will have a driving licence and your own transport.
Remuneration
You will receive an initial salary of £27,000 gross pa for a period of 6 months and the use of an estate vehicle whilst on site. This will then move to a base salary plus commision structure and you will be expected to earn £32,000-£36,000 pa depending on your ability. As is normal in the hospitality business working hours are varied and very often consist of weekend and bank holiday, so if you are looking for a 9-5 Monday to Friday job, this isn't for you.
