As an Event Coordinator, you'll support the successful delivery of bookings while maximising opportunities across the events operation.

Provide a high standard of customer service
Handle enquiries and bookings by telephone and online
Proactively convert enquiries into sales
Process, amend and update bookings accurately
Conduct show rounds for prospective clients
Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat business
Maximise revenue through effective upselling
Complete administration and confidently use technology
Work flexibly around customer and team requirementsWhat we're looking for

We're looking for a confident and organised professional with experience in events and a strong focus on customer service.

Previous experience in a similar Event Coordinator role
Delphi experience is essential
Experience using Opera Cloud
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and organisation
