Job Title: Event Bar Staff
Locations: Venues in Colchester
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour + Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits
Hours: Various - Minimum 4 hr shifts
Duration: Adhoc all year around - Temporary Cover
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Bar Staff to work at various venues in Colchester. This is a flexible, ad-hoc role with shifts available throughout the year, mainly on weekends, with occasional weekday evenings.
The Role
As part of the bar team, you will be supporting a variety of events, providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Duties will vary depending on the event and service style.
Key Responsibilities
Serving and mixing drinks, including glass and ice service (mixing basic drinks)
Serving canned drinks and snacks
Collecting empty glasses and maintaining a clean service area
Clearing and cleaning tables as required
Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Supporting the team to keep the bar running efficiently during busy events
Manual handling of bulk drinks and snacks to restock Bar areas What We're Looking For
Previous bar or hospitality experience is desirable
Confident, friendly, and professional manner
Ability to work well in a busy environment
Team player with a strong work ethic
