Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced EUSR Groundworker to join our team on a range of civil engineering and utility projects. The successful candidate must hold valid EUSR accreditation and possess Dumper and Roller tickets. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong commitment to health and safety and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out all aspects of groundworks, including excavation, drainage, ducting, reinstatement, and general site preparation.
Operate dumper and roller machinery safely and efficiently.
Assist with utility installation and maintenance works as required.
Read and work from site drawings and specifications.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company procedures and industry standards.
Maintain a safe and tidy working environment at all times.
Adhere to all site health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Essential Requirements

Valid EUSR card/accreditation.
Valid Forward Tipping Dumper ticket.
Valid Ride-on Roller ticket.
Previous experience in groundworks, civil engineering, or utility projects.
Good understanding of site health and safety requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence preferred.

Desirable Requirements

Streetworks (NRSWA) qualification.
Confined Space certification.
Manual Handling and First Aid qualifications.
Additional plant tickets or relevant construction certifications
