Excellent opportunity for a Mandarin speaking Supply Chain Professional from an Automotive background to join a well-established, global business in a role where you be able to shape and define the Supply Chain Operations of their European arm.

This company are a global supplier of Original Equipment to the Automotive sector and have sites around the world. They are currently in a period of change within the company so are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to work for their European operation and work closely with their Head Office in Singapore.

In this role you will report into the Managing Director and be responsible for the overall Supply Chain of their Original Equipment in Europe. You will monitor customer demand as well as stock levels in line with this as well as optimising and implementing continuous improvements practices. This role can be undertaken remotely, however will require frequent visits to their sites across Europe.

The person will come from a technical Automotive engineering background. They will have demonstrated and undertaken a significant level of role with a supply chain/logistics role as well as having a good level of both English and Mandarin language.

*Working closely with Asian side of the company
*Option to be fully remote but with travel to company sites within Europe.

The person:
*Automotive Industry background
*Experience within a Supply Chain/Logistics vacancy
*English & Mandarin language skills
