We now looking for a European OEM Sales Manager to provide a seamless experience to their customers, growing the client base and effectively servicing existing clients needs across Europe.

The role of European OEM Sales Manager will be responsible for the following areas:
Managing all aspects of quoting, pricing levels and margins of key accounts
Driving revenue growth through new client acquisition, up-selling to existing clients
Lead, mentor and manage the team to ensure a cohesive and high performing sales and commercial team, in line with budgets
International relationship management and further development of key future partners
Ability to sell technical products through developing a good understanding of the products and equipment to effectively communicate their benefits

We will be excited to hear from you if you can demonstrate the following skills for this European OEM Sales Manager role:
Previous experience in a sales management role, including strong management and development of a sales team
Experience with in the Marine sector
Ability to work effectively in a high paced and demanding environment
Understanding a complex market place and developing effective sales pathways
Ability to travel locally and internationally, potentially at short notice
A consistent history of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
