Trainee Road Freight Forwarder
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £21,000pa
Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am-5:30pm

My client is looking for a Trainee Freight Forwarder to join their team and support the business' Road Freight Operations. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in logistics, eventually becoming a fully-fledged Road Freight Operator. Your new career in Logistics starts here!

Gathering import documents and executing import entries.
Speak with customers, handling any requests and questions.
Liaise with Transport companies and sipping lines and organising deliveries.
Liaise with 3PL suppliers and warehousing.
Be an integral part of the Road Freight Team and support the Account Management with day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
Keen to learn and start your career in logistics.
Excellent telephone manner, customer service and attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication.
Previous exposure to the logistics and supply chain industry advantageous, but not essential.
