Location: Coleshill - West Midlands
Salary: Up to £28,000 (depending on experience)
The Opportunity
A well-established and highly respected logistics provider is seeking a European Road Freight Forwarder to join their busy operations team in Coleshill. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their freight forwarding career looking to develop within a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Planning and coordinating European road freight export shipments
Handling groupage and full load movements across Europe
Completing customs documentation in line with current regulations
Liaising with customers, hauliers, and overseas agents
Ensuring all shipments meet compliance and service level requirements
Managing bookings, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues proactively
Requirements
Essential: Experience in European road freight forwarding
Essential: Knowledge of export operations and customs procedures
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
