European Road Freight Coordinator Overview
Are you an experienced European Road Freight Coordinator looking to join an established international freight forwarding businesses. We're recruiting on behalf of a client with an outstanding reputation for investing in its people, offering long-term career development, modern systems, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative and supportive team. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end European Road Import and Export shipments, ensuring customers receive a first-class service from collection through to final delivery.
European Road Freight Coordinator Responsibilities
Coordinate European Road freight import and export shipments.
Arrange collections, deliveries and groupage/full load movements.
Liaise with customers, hauliers, overseas partners and customs teams.
Prepare and process all relevant transport documentation.
Track shipments and provide proactive customer updates.
Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
Ensure all movements comply with customs and transport regulations.European Road Freight Coordinator Requirements
Previous experience within European Road Freight.
Import and Export experience.
Freight forwarding background.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
Customs knowledge would be advantageous.What's on Offer?
