Description:
I am looking for a seasoned individual to come in and help the End User Support function. Some of the responsibilities will be as follows.
Review Existing EUC processes with a plan to implement process and behavioural improvement.
Review existing Knowledge articles to ensure that they are fit for purpose i.e. are they relevant & up to date
Put in place and document a good customer service practise that is measurable.
Support and have best in service mindset
Help drive and understand the Win11 BAU support requirements during migration phases (i.e. what does good hyper care look like)Please click to find out more about our Key Information Documents.
