Job Description: Our client is currently seeking an experienced Scaffolding Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost, time, and resources required for scaffolding projects of varying complexity and scale. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning and execution of projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough site evaluations to assess project requirements, including site conditions, access points, and safety considerations.

* Interpret project blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of work and materials needed.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project estimates and proposals.

* Utilize industry-specific software and tools to prepare accurate cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.

* Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure competitive and compliant estimates.

* Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, provide explanations, and negotiate terms as needed.

* Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing ongoing support and adjustments as required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

* Proven experience as a Scaffolding Project Estimator, with a strong understanding of scaffolding systems, techniques, and regulations.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately assess project requirements and develop cost estimates.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.

* Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools for estimating and project management.

* Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to scaffolding construction.
