Location: London (Hybrid Working Available)
Sector Experience Required: 5-Star Hospitality, Premium Residential, Fit-Out, New Build, and Cut & Carve Projects

We are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a leading construction and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality projects across London and the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Estimator with a strong multi-sector background who is comfortable pricing a diverse range of prestigious and complex schemes, including luxury hospitality and high-end residential developments.
The Role
As Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a varied project portfolio, working closely with pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions.
* Analyse drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
* Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
* Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout the bid process.
* Support negotiations and presentations during tender interviews.
* Maintain a strong understanding of market rates and construction trends.
Experience Required
* Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry.
* Strong background across multiple sectors, including:
* 5-star hospitality
* Premium residential
* Commercial fit-out
* New build
* Cut & carve refurbishment projects
* Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
