ABOUT THE COMPANY
My client offers a wide range of project packages including drylining, screeding, suspended ceilings and more recently Passive Fire protection, with projects spanning from £1,000 to £1m with average orders around £250k. Working in the Residential, care home, healthcare, commercial, education, and Industrial warehouses. My client is a leader within their local area and are turning over £10m.
ABOUT THE ROLE
My Client is looking for an estimator that’s previously worked for a Drylining Company, with specialist industry knowledge and experience.
• Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
• Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
• Performing risk and value management and cost control
• Advising on procurement strategy
• Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
• Preparing and analysing costings for tenders

REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will need proven 5 years experience working as a Estimator and to be degree qualified is preferred. You must be highly motivated individual and be a strong team player. Most of importantly you will need to be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious and be keen to progress your career
