Position: CAD Technician - Estimator
Location: East of Bury St Edmunds
Salary: £22,500 - £31,000 depending on experience
Are you looking for a role where you can use your CAD skills? This is an Estimator role within the construction industry reviewing plans and sizing projects! You will be heavily involved with the client to establish their needs and requirements so that you can produce a realistic and suitable quote for them to use as a guide going into the project.
You will be liaising regularly with the Sales Team for alteration throughout the projects, calculating pipe layouts, design systems and recording all your working for future reference and to keep everyone involved informed.
You will be the main point of contact for your clients and architects for technical support and you will be resolving technical issues if they arise. Revising and update plans as the project evolves will be common place.
